Kavya's journey into cultural photography began when she realized many traditional art forms in Gujarat were disappearing without proper documentation. She started photographing local artisans and quickly understood the urgency of preserving cultural heritage through images.

Her work spans across India, documenting traditional crafts, architectural heritage, and cultural practices. She combines modern photography techniques with deep respect for traditional knowledge, creating archives that serve both artistic and educational purposes.

Foundation & First Projects

Started with individual photography projects, each focusing on different aspects of Indian society. Our first collaborative work documented the impact of lockdown on various communities.

Platform Launch

Launched Cosmolensstructure as a dedicated platform for documentary photography education and community building. Began offering workshops and mentorship programs.
